Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated March 2026.

We at Trust. Live. Succeed. Community Integration Services are working to make our site TLSIntegration.org accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to browse and interact with content with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other users. This is achieved through compatible design, system capabilities, and the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We are committed to making our website accessible to all users and have taken steps to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

As part of this effort, we have:

  • Structured content with clear headings and logical page order

  • Added alternative text to images where appropriate

  • Ensured sufficient color contrast for readability

  • Enabled keyboard navigation across key areas of the site

  • Reduced unnecessary motion and visual distractions

  • Designed forms (including donation forms) to be accessible and easy to use

  • Reviewed content for compatibility with common assistive technologies

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

Certain areas of the website may rely on third-party services (such as embedded donation platforms or external tools) that are not fully controlled by us. As a result, we cannot guarantee full accessibility compliance for those elements.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

Trust. Live. Succeed. Community Integration Services is committed to accessibility and inclusion in both our digital and physical environments. If you require accommodations to access our services, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to support your needs.
