Our Services
Bridge to Work Program
The Bridge to Work program connects individuals recently released from incarceration with employment opportunities and supportive services. Participants receive job readiness training, resume and interview support, and ongoing coaching to help maintain employment and build long-term economic stability. Program staff, including peer counselors with lived experience, guide participants through job placements while providing mentorship and support. By partnering with local employers, Bridge to Work creates pathways for successful community reintegration and lasting career growth.
Emotional Resilience - Peer Support
The Emotional Resilience Studio will provide a supervised space for participants to build emotional wellness through structured physical activity, fitness resources, and recreational programs. Peer counselors and trained staff will facilitate supportive group discussions and activities that promote coping skills, resilience, and community connection. This program aims to strengthen emotional stability and support successful reintegration for individuals navigating life after incarceration.
Housing Support Services
Currently, our Supportive Housing Program provides navigation support and connects individuals recently released from incarceration with safe housing resources. Participants receive guidance on accessing services, employment support, and peer counseling to help build stability. As the program grows, we plan to expand to provide onsite transitional housing combined with comprehensive supportive services for long-term community reintegration.
Prison Pipeline Prevention Program
The Prison Pipeline Prevention Program will support young adults and emancipated minors at risk of entering the criminal justice system. Participants will receive mentorship, employment preparation, housing navigation, and peer counseling to access stable opportunities and community resources. The program aims to reduce justice system involvement and promote long-term success and well-being for vulnerable youth.
Automotive Empowerment Initiative
Currently, the Automotive Empowerment Initiative helps participants navigate licensing and transportation resources to overcome barriers to employment and essential services. Participants receive guidance on accessing programs and community supports that improve mobility and independence. In the future, the initiative will expand to provide donated vehicles, repair assistance, and hands-on workshops to promote reliable transportation and long-term stability.
